What is your MOQ for custom sweaters?
We accept orders of all sizes — both small and large. Designers and new brands can start with sampling and small test runs, while established brands can place large-volume production orders. Exact quantities depend on yarn and style and are confirmed with your quotation.
Can you develop sweater samples from a tech pack or reference picture?
Yes. We develop sweater samples according to your tech pack or reference picture, including computer flat knitting pattern making, pattern grading and garment fit adjustments based on your specifications. See our sample development service.
How long does custom sweater sampling take?
Sampling lead time depends on the style complexity, yarn and knitting gauge. We confirm the sampling schedule together with your quotation, and we revise the sample until the fit and finish are approved.
What yarns do you work with?
We support fully custom yarn selection, including wool, cotton, acrylic and their blends, chosen to match your tech pack, target price and hand feel requirements. Unlike print-on-demand (POD) services, you are not limited to a fixed catalogue.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a real computer flat knitting factory located in Puyuan, China — one of China's best-known knitwear industrial hubs. We run 100 sets of computerized flat knitting machines in-house, handling everything from sampling to large-volume production. Read more on the About Us page.
What shipping terms do you support?
We support FOB Ningbo and FOB Shanghai shipping terms for export orders, and can coordinate with your appointed freight forwarder.
